Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles, including field technicians, operations staff, and management positions. Draft job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks. Maintain an active talent pipeline to quickly fill positions across multiple markets. Candidate Assessment & Selection: Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for Allstar Services. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with team leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Advise on market trends, compensation, and best practices for attracting talent. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Promote Allstar Services’ brand as an employer of choice in the residential exterior services industry. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process. Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires to ensure successful integration into the company. Coordinate training schedules and documentation as needed. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, retention) to improve efficiency. Provide regular updates to HR leadership and hiring managers. Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
