Health & Safety - To correctly perform H&S procedures to enable the safeguarding process of customers to take place. Verbal safety briefings will be given to all customers no-matter of experience before being allowed on circuit, as well as the supervision of drivers safety whilst behind the wheel of a go-kart. Event Management – To host events of all sizes and manage a team to help with the running and success of the event. I have hosted a range of events for a range of customers, biggest being for a secondary school of more than 50 drivers. I have also hosted a networking meeting for the Best Of Lichfield, corporate events, stag & hen dos and many more to name a few. To host events of all sizes to a range of customers, and be their first-port-of-call if ever an issue was to be raised. Leadership - Being able to organise a team by setting an example to achieve tasks set by higher management. Time Management – To complete tasks set by management in a suitable time frame. Training – Heavily involved in the training process of new recruits.
