About
As AVP of Employment Practices and Specialty Advice for TD Bank Group, I am responsible for overseeing TD's employment policies and governance. I also lead our specialty employment advice teams, including: Long Term Disability, Health & Safety, Privacy, and Immigration Compliance. My core objective is ensuring that TD's policies and programs are responsive to the needs of its employees and people managers, while being appropriately responsive to evolving employment risks and regulations.
