Responsibilities: Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, have regular interactions with customers, present gifts, study their business operations,... Clarify and quickly discuss delivery difficulties to customers, as well as assistance and coordination of customer cases that are missing or incorrect. Coordination with FR and PMC on the client side  Completed the preparation and welcoming of clients visiting the company successfully. Cooperate with customer's SQE, NPI, and sourcing engineers. Respond to product C/O standards needs for customers on time, coordinate working with the customer's and company's customs departments  Execute other activities at the Direct Manager's request within the scope of knowledge Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to address customer requests and concerns, as well as to safeguard Topband's brand and reputation. Complete export-related duties on time and in a timely way.  Monitor customer debt performance and closely communicate with the accounting department to guarantee that customer debts are completed according to the company's plan. Deliver samples (VN-CN) for new client projects  Execute additional activities as assigned by the Direct Manager within the scope of competence. Find and cultivate new consumer sources. Assist other sales teams.
