Ryan is an experienced (15+ years) Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) professional and people leader. He is currently the EHS manager for Canada's largest nitrogen production facility, which produces 1.5 million tons of nitrogen products annually in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Facilitate and lead quality improvement teams using the Juran process to resolve complex health and safety issues. Subsequently published an article regarding the results in the AIHA’s publication “The Synergist”. - Led a team to identify and resolve issues with Emergency Safety Showers and Eyewashes.
