* Assisted Finance Director and two Finance Managers in charge of supporting the G&A functions. Responsible for Month End duties such as building the Legal and Corporate Services Accrual. Participated in monthly forecast process for G&A groups and was responsible for the Finance Group’s monthly forecast. Collaborated with G&A Vice Presidents and Directors to drive efficiencies and effectively manage spending. * Position Highlights: * Developed a Legal Discounts Program which saved 3.2 Million Dollars in Legal Fees in 2009 by negotiating prompt payment discounts with many outside law firms. * Built a metric tool that measures the Information Systems team to other Information Systems teams in the Semi-conductor industry. * Responsible for the 2010 Corporate Services Budget and acted as the interim Finance Manager for that group for a six month period * Built the G&A Allocation for 2010 and communicated the Allocation Methodology and process to the Business Unit Finance Directors.
