During this time I was responsible for collection planning, collation and dissemination of all information and products relating to the White Situational Awareness (WSA) Team at the Task Force Kandahar (TFK) headquarters. The position also demanded the conduct of regular intelligence briefings and the production of periodic intelligence summaries and assessments. I was also responsible for the management and development of the TFK J2 and WSA database, expanding it to facilitate the inclusion of operations, engineering and reconstruction data, along with several fusion cells..

Development of data analysis procedures and products focusing on geoinformation technology and remote sensing in support of the Tanzania National Parks Authority (TANAPA). Mentoring and advising staff at TANAPA, as well as researchers in wildlife conservation, biodiversity and development on the use of geoinformation technology and remote sensing. Providing a liaison between interest groups in the park management, research and NGO communities to foster information sharing and multidisciplinary problem solving.
