i start started my career in 2010 when im 15 y/o working part-time project as a event crew . while doing so i also have a minor career as a magician for a couple years and having a minor hit with continous event called open stage. moving to pekanbaru at 2012 as a college student, i spent my free time as event planer in my own team and make several major event in the city such as colourfest and weaving indonesia. during this time i also working in the cafe as marketing and manage to boost cafe revenue by 150% during his first year by managing event and community. after a couple years i got promoted as cafe manager and still for next 3 years in 2018 i got an offer from national brand who has 12 branches across the nations in malls to become operational manager and open extra 2 branches in less than 3 months and reaching the daily revenue of averrage 30 million a day for the first quarter for each branches. 2019 i decided to take my development and peoples management talent to make and actual impact for the society, i join a national startup in educational field in hope can be contribute to the company to lead indonesian children to have the chance of better and equality in education quality. during this time i manage help the team to reach students on remote places and giving them a fair chance to fight for prestigious university. in the mid of 2019 i get an offer to have a greater impact for the soccial economy. i see the value of indriver company who giving back the freedom and fairness to the user and people in hope that people who are using the app can achieve the maximum advantage for their family. im the first employee of inDriver in SEA and directly involded on all development in the region from scratch, im is hired as driver support managers while in the real process he manage all the drivers and passangers support, country development, PR and accounting of company spending in the project, in these past 2 years i manage to open the business in 55 cities in indonesia, and more than 10 million user are using the app in the region. before start on the region, the app are number 13# in the scale of most download world ride hailing app, rightnow the app sitting in the 2nd place. Now im building an medical Start up company to help indoneisan and indonesia to have a better medical record system and a better medical service all overthe country. i have an interest in sport such as Golf and Football . i have decent amount of experience in marketing, event, peoples management, business development, and Start-up company development .
