About
My background has been working with adults with ABI; in particular those who experience cognitive behavioural difficulties, executive functioning deficits and exhibit challenging behaviours. I have a relaxed approach when working with such clients, which enables me to deal with situations in a calm manner; this also facilitates my development of a therapeutic relationship. I pride myself on excellent communication skills with case managers, solicitors and other health care professionals; clear concise report writing; and quickly developing therapeutic relationships with clients to gain maximum independence. I work in a holistic and client centred manner to enable the clients to achieve their personal goals across the board of self care, productivity and leisure.
