Ryan Neumeyer

Hello! i am a second year at Ohio University studying marketing through the College of Business. I spent 3 years at the New Albany Links Golf Course and developed skills in communication by working with a team and learned how to be a leader by teaching others how our kitchen operated. Then, I went on to do a 10-week, hands-on internship with Jear Logistics. At the internship, i was treated as a new hire so there wasn't anything different to what I was doing as an intern compared to the new hires. This created a very immersive training style. then, I was trained to understand the freight market while providing the best consumer service. During my time there I learned how to manage the freight moving throughout the week while confirming with the drivers that the customer's product was being kept safe.
