* Responsibilities included the end to end administration of the Orion Solarwinds product suite for use by Align Communications and external customers * Facilitated and performed all adds moves and changes as designated by management and external clients to meet specific monitoring requirements. * Created and modified Trigger conditions for ALARMS and High Alerts based upon customer notification requirements utilizing the Orion Advanced Alert Manager. * Built and generated customized reports for Volume, Interface, Memory, CPU utilization, Inventory based on requests made by both internal and external clients * Instrumented and fine-tuned alerting thresholds per internal or external client requests. * Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding clients from a monitoring perspective. * Successfully implemented the integration of Service Now into SolarWinds NPM to automate the creation of Trouble tickets for expedited triage or escalation for generated alerts by the NOC.

* Responsible for the Implementation and deployment of the company's web-based performance monitoring solution on varied OS platforms (HP-UX, Linux, Windows, Solaris, UNIX) at customer sites. * Engaged with Engineering/Systems Administration personnel for the configuration and successful integration of performance monitoring solution across multiple virtualization and application platforms (VM Ware vSphere/ESX(i), vSphere/VDi(i), Citrix XenServer, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp) * Implement modifications to the relational structure of files and records within programs to ensure the meaningful display of performance metrics within the web interface of the Management solution. * Engaged with Systems Personnel at various coustomer sites to set baselines, define and configure performance thresholds, create reports for Capacity Planning * Fine-tune these deployments to ensure maximum performance. * Install, customize and maintain performance monitoring tools
