Ryan McGowan

I have over 24 years of experience in the manufacturing field, including both plastics and tool and die. My work experience includes over 7 years as production supervisor 11 years as a MM1 processing technician and 9 years as a maintenance and safety director. In these roles, I gained invaluable experience managing multiple personnel and working with outside contractors. I have experience in mold design reviews, as well as communication of project status with engineers on over 400 mold build projects. With the processes and procedures I developed as a production supervisor I was able to obtain a nonconforming rate of less than 1% and efficiency factors of over 99% my production insight is both detailed and innovated which result in increase production and profitability.
