• Worked for Volkswagen Credit and Audi Finance as a North American Region Program Support Specialist within the Vehicle Remarketing department. • Manage vehicle remarketing for both the Canadian and American market for Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen vehicles. • Responsible for vehicle arbitration for both markets which attributes to millions of company dollars. Vehicle arbitrations were reviewed by me regarding vehicle repairs, quality issues, logistical, or system issues within our Manheim digital platform. • Responsible for maintaining vendor relations with our vendors within the Canadian and US markets. • Responsible for training dealers on remarketing functions and Volkswagen Direct/Audi Direct site functions. • Perform weekly audits with dealers on vehicles that have not been grounded within three business days. Identify trends and work with field personnel and dealerships to ensure process is understood and followed. • Responsible for maintaining optimal asset protection by ensuring vehicles are assigned and arrive at auction properly. • Manage emails related to Audi Direct, Volkswagen Direct, Audi Pre-Owned Direct, VW Pre-Owned Direct usage and purchase inquiries.

• Worked at Volkswagen Group Canada as an Order Management Specialist within the Sales Department. • I was responsible for managing all carlines on a national basis including reserve determination. • Prepare and execute weekly production fulfillment while optimizing order scheduling. • Responsible for managing the factory forecast i.e. installation rates and compliance items on a per carline basis. • Conduct monthly sales reports and manage monthly data input and output after German sales meeting is complete. • Responsible for managing orders of special vehicle (auto show units, press cars, emissions standards, etc.) • Responsible for the wholesales of 76,200 units, and ensuring ideal stock is present nationally for all carlines. • This experience has taught me how to manage numerous tasks at once in a efficient and professional manner. This experience has also taught me how to work with all the customers both internal and external within the automotive industry, to deliver a positive customer experience.

• Worked at General Motors Oshawa as a production supervisor in the Quality Department. • Responsible for running both plants 1 and 2 (Flex/K2). • Responsible for managing 30 employees in a unionized shop. • Conduct weekly audits of employee and conduct weekly SOT’s and WPO’s. • Utilize GMS principles when making business decisions, to ensure our products meet quality standards. • Responsible for constructing job write ups for team members in order to ensure the job is standardized. • Responsible for pay-roll for up to 30 individuals, and managing annual calendar for my area i.e. booking vacations etc. • Run daily MPC meeting with the operations manager and quality manager for the plant. • Work with our suppliers (AWC, Greely and GFX) to ensure all vehicles leaving the plant are received by the appropriate parties. • This experience has taught me how to manage large of groups individuals. How to conduct weekly audits i.e. WPO’s SOT’s and daily QPV’s. This opportunity has also taught me how to be a leader in a unionized environment.
