This role focuses on the operational execution of ZQFX's mission to deliver a trader-first brokerage experience across global markets, with particular emphasis on the Gulf Cooperation Council region and Asia. Core responsibilities: → Driving operational strategy across forex, stocks, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrency markets → Leading executive partnerships with liquidity providers, technology vendors, and institutional partners → Overseeing regional expansion across the GCC region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman → Managing executive relationships with our regulatory framework in the United Kingdom, Seychelles, and Saint Lucia → Building cross-functional teams across compliance, client services, technology, and trading operations → Ensuring service excellence standards including 24-hour withdrawal processing and dedicated account management Strategic initiatives I lead: - Expansion of Islamic swap-free accounts to serve Muslim traders across the MENA region - Development of Arabic-language client services and account management - Integration of local currency deposit options across major GCC currencies (AED, SAR, KWD, QAR, BHD, OMR) - Technology partnerships to maintain sub-30ms execution speeds across MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms - Strategic relationships with regional banks and payment providers across the Gulf region The executive role complements my work as ZQFX Founder, focused on the day-to-day operational excellence that brings the broader vision to life.
