I work in the product development and procurement end of things in the hopes that I can continue to inspire and earn the trust of home gardeners everywhere to successfully grow their vegetable and flower seeds. I work with various materials all the way from paper to plastic sourced from the Middle East, to metal and liquid fertilizer pulled from the depths of the ocean in the Pacific Northwest. I take much pride along with our team in trying to provide the necessary tools to be successful within the gardening community and enrich their lives. I do all this while working behind the scenes being creative, innovative, cost conscious, growing profits and market share for the # 1 seed and seed starting company in North America. It has been a multiple hat wearing experience that I wouldn't trade in for anything. I love what I do.
