Assess and design comprehensive security solutions for high net worth residential and large scale commercial clients which includes surveillance, intrusion, access controls, and smart home capabilities. Work with clients on Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), Lease Agreements, and contracts for Installation, monitoring services, and service and maintenance. Serve as an Account Manager for over 50 high net worth residential and commercial clients. Provide upsell opportunities to clients whose systems have reached end of life or newer technology is requested. Use inside sales to obtain additional sites to increase direct revenue and recurring monthly revenue. Develop comprehensive and professional marketing materials and design though various design software including Adobe software suite. Formerly BDR Consultants, Aviso Consultants specialize in executive leadership development, talent management, training curriculum development, implementation of Big Data and Analytic solutions, infrastructure engineering for new businesses, process development and automation, along with unique training facilitation and team building facilitation. Current portfolio includes many Fortune 500 companies, national manufacturing companies, and small business entrepreneurs. Built from an idea and hard work in 2019, Aviso started with one employee and now employees fifteen dedicated professionals whose sole focus is making companies and government more efficient. Aviso was acquired in October of 2022 after a successful and profitable three year run.

Served as the Program Manager in the Facility Security Office, responsible for the Facility Security of over 5,000 facilities throughout the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Managed annual electronics and physical guarding waterfall projects in excess of $250 million. Identify priorities, perform site visits, prepare scope and risk assessments, schedule installations, track project timelines and budget on multiple large-scale air traffic control towers and En-Route facilities simultaneously. Served as the subject matter expert for installation technicians and performed final site Acceptance Inspections Awarded Outstanding FAA Program Award given by the FAA Administrator in 2015 and 2017. Define, acquire, and allocate budget, staff and other resources as necessary to accomplish the goals and or objectives of the SSC while supporting the Air Traffic Organization Blueprint and FAA Strategic Initiatives with a high level of proficiency in several key program areas. Recruit new talent to the Agency by participating in job fairs and military recruitment events. Serve as Project Manager for extensive multimillion dollar airfield projects in a complex environment while adhering to Part 139 policy. Served as Project Manager to obtain and install 200,000 feet of Fiber Optic cabling and conduit on Charlotte's east runway 18L/36R. The copper cable had deteriorated to a point where service was unreliable. Acquired funding from Business Services Group totaling over $1.3 million which included logistics, contractors, and materials. Coordinated Runway Safety Area work with Airport Operations and Air Traffic. Seamlessly transitioned old copper to the newly installed Fiber Optic cable in just three months.

Duties included serving as the primary technical focal point and team leader on major system installs that supported NextGen technology such as: Automatic Dependent Surveillance — Broadcast (ADS-B), Time Based Flow Management (TBFM), Digital Automated Legal Recorder (DALR) and Enhanced Radar Interface Tool (ERIT) Primary focus was on the day to day availability and reliability of the services and products provided to our stakeholders. Duties included resolving technical problems without managerial intervention, providing coordination and suggesting solutions to complex problems. Responsible for resolving problems as they arise and making adjustments as necessary. Install and maintain various security systems that supported over 300 users including Access Cards (RFID), Access Controls, CCTV, Legal Recorders, video surveillance, and onsite security force. Create facility drawings for installations, as well as, author the official FAA Facility Security Plan which is based on security equipment capabilities and hardware specifications. Managed a plethora of multimillion-dollar projects and installations including, fiber optic compatibility upgrades at 23 facilities nationwide, installation and programming of P2000 Security Management System at 19 facilities nationwide, and IP camera installations at 38 facilities. Duties and expertise allowed me to provide mentoring and training to personnel on proper procedures on the technical side, as well as, policies and procedural problems that arise on the administrative side. Served as the Facility Security Coordinator for the Charlotte Air Traffic Control Tower and authored complex policies and procedures for the Air Traffic Control Tower such as: Fire Prevention Plan, Emergency Action Plan, and Facility Security Plan.

Responsible for maintenance, modification and certification of communication , automation , surveillance and RADAR systems and services such as: Airport Surveillance Radar, MODE-S. Airport Surface Detection Equipment (ASDE-X), Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR), Standard Terminal Automated Replacement System (STARS), Integrated Terminal Weather System (ITWS), Rapid Deployment Voice Switch, and various other communication equipment. Performed periodic maintenance (inspection and analysis of equipment with associated adjustments), modification, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of malfunctioning equipment, and certification.

Supervised daily maintenance production and assigned technicians accordingly. Served as a liaison between work center and Production Control. Supervised 21 avionics technicians who performed testing, as well as, in depth maintenance and circuit analysis on USM-484 Hybrid Test System Automated Testing Equipment, utilized schematics and block diagrams and basic and RF electronic test equipment and specialized system test equipment to provide component-level repair on over 480 various avionics circuit card assemblies and power supplies. Served as the Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) responsible for final approval of repaired components before they were shipped back to supply following corrective maintenance. Served as a Quality Assurance Inspector for Fleet Repair Center Mid Atlantic. Conducted Technical Inspections to verify correct maintenance practices were being followed, verification of tool control program, and conducted investigations, reports, recommendations and briefings when proper procedure was not followed. Served as a Production Control Inspector for Fleet Repair Center Mid Atlantic. Trained in Lean Six Sigma processes of identifying constraints and eliminating them. Conducted and coordinated multiple events to identify areas of improvement and wrote recommendations and placed temporary controls in place for testing. Identified over twenty maintenance practices that could be streamlined and provided a cost savings to the United States Navy.
