* Hand picked over 90 other officers to command the special ceremonial Horse Detachment charged with performing mounted color guard, parade, and Cavalry equine demonstrations for the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. Responsible for the implementation of a revolutionary training aid, Horses on the Battlefield, never before used at the National Training Center. My mission was to incorporate my unit as a simulated terrorist force, which resulted in the training of 10 brigade's combat readiness for operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Responsible for 18 personnel, 14 horses, $550,000 worth of equipment and managed an annual budget of $89,000. * Accomplishments * Increased the unit's capabilities by 50% while maintaining current budget constraints * Executed 20 public relation missions for the National Training Center * Incorporated cutting edge training tactics to update unit's relevance to the new Army mission * Facilitated and supervised construction of a new training facility

* Responsible for the direct support of food, equipment and vehicles to the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. In charge of the maintenance of 55 vehicles valued at three million dollars. Directly supervised 35 personnel and managed an annual budget of over $850,000. Directed day-to-day operations of the Supply and Transportation Troop to include mission support and administrative management. * Accomplishments * Kept unit at a 92% readiness level * Designed and implemented automated database of personnel resulting in 0% missed personnel actions at troop level * Troop arms room took first place out of six in squadron competition

Responsible for managing over 200 physician accounts through tasks including claims resolution, contract administration and reimbursement negotiations. Responsible for maintaining a large network of physicians for United Healthcare members while keeping market rates competitive through active negotiations, market wide fee trend analysis, and operational enhancements. By utilizing my skills in negotiation and analysis I was able to achieve over $900,000 dollars in savings during my first year in the market. Grew the number of physicians in my markets by over 300 doctors averaging nearly 17 physicians added to the network each month. Assisted in contracting several tier one hospital groups at an average savings of 15%. Managed a project that corrected an operational issue that caused over 600 provider contracts to pay incorrectly, a process that was later used by regional management for similar issues in other markets.
