Responsible for the private market portfolio, a USD 2bn portfolio (PE, private debt, infrastructure, real estate): funds and co-investments, seeding of new strategies and new GPs

- Assisting with manager selection and monitoring of external mandates - Monitoring investments in private equity - Assisting in the management of the portfolio and in the development of OPFs owner role - Assisting in the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale transactions relating to external funds and shares

- Supporting local Head of Coverage, based in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, in origination by providing financial analysis, industry analysis as well as financial modeling on client activity - Preparing financial reporting, budget and revenue forecast across business lines, following-up relevant KPI and responsible for the local CRM system - Nordic business development: business analysis for the Nordics and support to implement a Nordic approach for existing and potential clients

- Supporting Head of Coverage Norway in origination by providing financial analysis, industry analysis as well as financial modeling on client activity - Preparing commercial presentations towards clients and management - Preparing financial reporting, budget and revenue forecast across business lines, following-up relevant KPI and responsible for the local CRM system - Covering the largest Norwegian corporates and working closely with all business lines, including Corporate Finance and Fixed Income to develop existing and prospective client relationships.

- Analyzing potential investments: strategic analysis of transaction rationale, detailed financial analysis and due-diligence, financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, review of legal documentations, etc. - Preparing investment notes for the investment committee - Monitoring and following up portfolio’s holdings - Analyzing on the Private Equity and the mezzanine market

- Assisting the sales team: general client service, prospects analysis, client meeting follow-up - Developing financial research on investment ideas (130/30, multistrategy, etc.) and competitor analysis - Preparing products and events pitches and developed models related to MSIM funds' performance - Contributing to marketing materials and replies to RFP

- Drafting and updating the documents presenting the Hedge Funds products of SGAM Alternative Investments, - Working with fund managers regarding the investment process to present it to clients, - Participating in creating new products or improving the existing products range, - Elaboration of commercial propositions and technical workshops dedicated to the sales, - Technical support and management of the products databases

In charge of application for luggage: translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs, respecting the budgets, drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system, providing training to users, etc.
