The firm serves as a passive partner to developers and property owners, meeting their capital needs by providing equity and mezzanine financing for ground-up development as well as the acquisition and repositioning of existing properties. The firm also selectively acquires retail properties for its own portfolio as long-term investments.

■ Underwrite deals utilizing available financial/lease information and ARGUS and Excel pro forma. ■ Review new deals with team leaders to ensure each deal is written accurately and presented clearly prior to presentation to the Acquisition/Investment Committee. ■ Perform financial analysis of acquisitions, including budgets, cash flows, market surveys, demographics, tenant credit analysis, and seller and broker interviews. ■ Create a snapshot report for each deal, which grades deals for evaluation, and maintain the report database. ■ Prepare and present comprehensive investment packages to the Investment Committee. ■ Work with legal counsel to negotiate LOIs and PSA documentation and close transactions. ■ Assist Capital Markets, Marketing, and Sales with promoting to broker dealers, RIAs, due diligence advisors, wholesalers, and sales teams.
