Ensure that sub-contractor performance meets company quality standards and any required municipal codes. Execute the implementation of any change orders placed by customers or upper management. Make sure that sub-contractors are paid according to the work they have completed. Monitor superintendent progress and delegate work loads accordingly Responsible for all grading and foundation installations within community Monitor and distribute budget overages to maintain consistent profit margin Conduct pre-construction orientations as well as pre-drywall orientations with customers. Complete Customer Relations Manager quality control walk lists to 100% satisfaction prior to Homeowner Orientation. Complete Homeowner Orientation lists of concerns to 100% satisfaction prior to close of home. Ensure a clean and safe work environment Work to adjust material orders and job descriptions per house in order to obtain a higher margin of profitability for Pulte as well as the sub-contractors.
