Major responsibilities: • Take the responsibility of managing professional medical communication and promotional projects for company’s three major products in the disease areas of hematological tumors, liver disease and CNS. • Ensure the professional medical information of products can be accurately delivered by MSLs to HCPs. • Plan and develop market communication materials. • Plan and implement various professional/promotional campaigns. • Maintain good KOL-Company relationships through professional medical communication. • Build brand strategy and improve based on feedbacks received from sales team.

Creating unique marketing plan based on the product characteristics, client's needs and disease situation in China. Medical publication projects lead working with Adelphi Communications. 1. Provide medical and publication services for products and clinical trials of multinational pharmaceutical companies. 2. Administrate and execute all medical publication projects including but not limited to publication planning, manuscript writing/editing, abstract/poster/presentation making for congresses. 3. Ensure all medical publications are in compliance with GPP and GPP2. 4. Participate in pitches to win new projects. 5. Provide routine medical communication services, e.g., detailing aids and medical/marketing slides making, marketing plan support, etc.

Local team builder and leader. 4. Be responsible for pharmaceutical clients and other high-end clients. 5. Directing the drafting and finalization of clinical trail manuscripts. 6. Partnership building and maintenance. 7. Be in charge of public relations, brand and services promotions. 8. Organization of academic/scientific lectures and sessions.
