As the Recruiter for Tetra Tech’s Water Division (WTR), I connect passionate water resources and environmental professionals with meaningful projects that protect communities and natural systems. I specialize in recruiting for water resources engineering, coastal engineering, stormwater engineering, flood control, and environmental science professionals. I partner closely with hiring managers to translate technical needs into candidate-first experiences: targeted sourcing, thoughtful screening, collaborative interviewing, and extending offers that align career growth with impactful work.Outside work you’ll find me walking local trails, hiking mountains, snowboarding, or swimming whenever I can—activities that keep me grounded in the outdoors and reinforce why the Water Division’s work matters.
