WORK EXPERIENCE Kensington computer group (ACCO ASIA limited) Taipei, Taiwan Development Project Manager Mar. 2018 – Now  Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GPM (Global Program Management), R&D, QA, Compliance, Operations, and suppliers, to lead projects through the product development lifecycle to Mass Production (MP).  BOM Management: Create and maintain engineering Bills of Materials (BOM), build plans, and product deliverable lists to support development and production needs.  Cost and Budget Control Perform Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluate costs for tooling, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE), and manufacturing to ensure project feasibility and budget adherence at kickoff.  New Product Introduction (NPI) On-Site Support Conduct on-site reviews during Engineering Validation Test (EVT), Design Validation Test (DVT), and MP phases to identify and resolve design or process-related issues in collaboration with vendors.  Project Schedule Management: Develop and manage overall project schedules, ensuring timely delivery from the architectural stage to first MP, while aligning milestones with company and client goals.
