I am the proud founder and owner of C11 Recovery. We operate Europe's first mobile wellness and sports recovery truck. My passion for sports and wellness, coupled with my fascination and enthusiasm for renewable energy led me to start C11 Recovery. Our goal is to make state-of-the-art sports and wellness recovery techniques and equipment more accessible to the Irish population and beyond. With over 20 years experience playing GAA with my local clubs Coill Dubh and St.Kevin’s coupled with five years experience playing inter-county hurling, I understand the importance of proper sports recovery techniques. A serious knee injury in 2018 led me to explore and research various recovery methods even further, which eventually led to the creation of C11 Recovery. Over the past 12 months, C11 Recovery has become a leading provider of mobile wellness and sports recovery services - serving clients across Ireland. My 10 years experience in Renewable Energy has also aided C11 Recovery in becoming an eco-friendly business that is committed to minimising our carbon footprint. Alongside my younger brother Jack we are passionate about making a positive impact on the health and wellness of our clients, and we are fully committed to delivering an excellent service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.
