Ryan Bash

I lead BCG’s talent analytics, selection strategy, and marketing in North America, shaping how we hire the skills of the future and redefining how a people business attracts and selects top talent. I also lead Associate Recruiting for the region, setting the vision and strategy for our early career hiring and how we identify and develop the next generation of consultants. My work sits at the intersection of data, technology, and brand. I lead teams that build the systems, insights, and narratives that power better hiring decisions at scale and elevate the candidate experience. I am particularly interested in how AI and analytics are transforming the industry, and I am a frequent contributor to conversations on the future of talent, assessment, and candidate experience. Before BCG, I worked in management consulting and served in the federal government as a policy advisor. Outside of work, you will find me walking my dogs, training for my next marathon, or hiking in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.
