1. Production Planning & Execution: • Assist in the development, scheduling, and implementation of daily and weekly production plans to meet sales demands and delivery deadlines. • Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to ensure efficient production flow. 2. Quality Assurance & Control: • Ensure all manufactured products meet defined quality standards and specifications. • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. • Lead root cause analysis for production defects or non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. 3. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE): • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all workplace safety procedures and regulations are strictly adhered to. • Implement and maintain high standards of housekeeping (e.g., 5S methodology) within the production areas. 4. Team Leadership & Development: • Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators.. • Identify training needs and assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance team skills and productivity. 5. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), productivity per man-hour (PPH), and waste reduction. • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen) in daily operations. 6. Inventory & Cost Management: • Oversee and manage the company's monthly stocktake process, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation. • Assist in controlling the section's operational budget, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

1) Investigating the route cause and provide the counter measure for process improvement and process simplification for technical defects for printing process. 2) Provide troubleshooting support and service to resolve the process trouble to secure stable process operation. 3) Propose constructive idea to improve production capacity effectiveness. 4) Handle Customer Complain Analysis Report. 5) Assist Section Head and Senior Executives in printing section.

Perform the supervisory duty related to Printing Process and Material control. Manpower arrangement in Printing Unit. Control and maintain machinery & equipment performance.
