•Managed Capex & Opex form and issued Purchase Order within the targeted timeline. Achievement: 1.Cleared long-standing payment backlogs worth RM 900K. 2.Close audit issues by cleaning up and closed long outstanding Purchase Order Ariba system. 3.Contributed to IT financial budget planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. 4.All purchase requisition processes followed within the governance and delivered within the expected timeline. 5.Work together with IT Team Leads to mitigate cost challenge by negotiating for best vendor price and arrangement on multi-year contract. 6.Meet deadlines in providing an outstanding administrative support to CIO and Team Leads.
