I am the Owner and Administrator of Rosemary Home Care LLC, an AHCA-registered home care agency proudly serving Tampa and surrounding areas, including Hillsborough and Pasco counties. My passion is providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and other chronic or cognitive conditions. We specialize in supporting memory-loss patients while preserving dignity, safety, and quality of life at home. At Rosemary Home Care, we provide personalized care services including assistance with daily activities, vital signs monitoring, bed-to-chair transfers, follow-ups with physicians, and transitional care after hospital discharge. We serve private-pay and insured clients, including those with long-term care and private insurance. I work closely with hospital discharge planners, case managers, physicians, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, and senior placement agencies to ensure smooth, coordinated care for patients and families.
