I’m building FieldAlpha — an AI-native software ecosystem designed to automate and connect the fragmented world of field service companies, starting with the appliance repair industry. After scaling my own company, FixFlow Appliance, I saw firsthand how legacy systems cripple operational efficiency and profits. That experience led me to build the platform I wish existed — one built on AI, automation, and scale. FieldAlpha uses intelligent automation and AI agents to streamline scheduling, diagnostics, estimating, parts management, and customer communication — helping companies operate faster, leaner, and more profitably. But this goes beyond software. FieldAlpha is building the foundation of an ecosystem — connecting service providers, suppliers, manufacturers, and customers into one seamless, data-powered network. The goal: to create the central operating system for the appliance industry and eventually the broader home services market. I’ve been building businesses since my early teens, always driven by one principle — create systems that replace inefficiency with intelligence.
