I like solving messy problems with data and turning them into stories leaders can act on. At Franklin Templeton as the only analyst on the product team, I built a Power BI dashboard that replaced 7 fragmented fund views into a single source of truth. It became the most-used dashboard across the company, including by C-suite, tracking sales, AUM, flows, ratings, and rankings for 300+ mutual funds and ETFs. At Frontier Airlines, I worked as a Data Analyst on operational reporting where every minute mattered. Accurate flight data and scheduling reports meant smoother operations, fewer delays, and better customer experience. As a Business Analyst Red Hat, I partnered with sales and strategy teams, where my reporting and insights helped prioritize opportunities and contributed to growth in ISV partnerships. Across all these roles, I’ve learned that data alone isn’t enough. It is about making it clear, timely, and trusted so that business and technical stakeholders can make decisions with confidence. Just as important, it is about asking the right questions first, because the value lies not in the dashboard itself but in solving the right problem. 💡 Core strengths 1.
