I’m a senior pharma executive with over a decade of experience as a General Manager and Business Unit Manager in multinational companies. My expertise spans Pharma as the core of my career, complemented by strategic leadership roles in MedTech, Animal Health, and Clinical Trials Logistics. With a medical background, I bring a unique perspective to managing complex healthcare businesses, driving growth, and delivering innovative solutions across diverse sectors My core expertise lies in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading transformation in complex and dynamic environments. With a background in medicine, my focus has always been on improving patient outcomes while ensuring strong business results. Throughout my career, I have successfully led business units with full P&L responsibility, managing teams of up to 90 professionals and generating revenues of over $130M. I’ve specialized in business turnarounds, growth acceleration, and change transformation, integrating strategy, digitalization, and innovation into commercial models. My leadership style is transformational, grounded in respect for diversity, active listening, and empowering teams to drive their own change. My academic background, which includes an MBA and advanced executive education from top institutions (IESE, ESADE, ISDI), complements my practical experience. I have a global mindset, developed through roles in Spain, the US, and across Europe, which has been instrumental in leading cross-cultural teams and navigating diverse therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, diabetes, and respiratory, among others.
