I help Black women reclaim what was never meant to be stolen - their voice, their vision, and their victory. I do this through a blend of lived expertise and therapeutic strategy. I am warm, personable, highly skilled and driven, with varied experience at several reputable institutions. Passionate about amplifying the voices of others, I apply a primarily Existential-Humanistic approach in my way of working, in order to co-create a psychologically safe and accountable space with clients and supervisees for their discoveries and growth. I am also trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, which I integrate into my practice in an Intercultural and Systemic way. I am an advocate for Racial Equity in Mental Health and I work with a wide range of areas, including my specialisms of Adultification Bias, Racial Identity, Racial Trauma and Intersectionality. As a Proofreader and Copyeditor, being meticulous and proficient in communication enables me to further refine written work, adapting language to its intended themes and objectives. Being an accomplished storyteller, I create AI-powered animation and documentaries to bring narratives to life for individuals and organisations - crafting visuals that honour lived experience and enhance the impact of every story. I am a Black woman who has navigated - and challenged - workplace trauma. I have successfully spoken truth to power in the workplace and have supported many Black women to do the same. Through my work, I have seen the cost of corporate gaslighting - and the power of liberation through purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Now, I co-lead a pioneering global service by Happiworkers: The Black Woman’s Business Revolution.
