Manage all aspects of cooperative contracts for national multi-million dollar sports construction contractor. Creation and distribution of marketing material, attendance and presentations at national tradeshows, meetings and conferences. Train and inform sales team on existing cooperative contracts and current legislation and legislative changes as they apply to construction nationwide. Review and preparation of proposals for cooperative members, monthly and quarterly reporting to cooperatives, response preparation to cooperative RFPs.

Manage responses to multi-million dollar construction proposals and qualification requests. Support CEO and Vice President of Estimating Department with procurement/bidding issues. Review of specifications and plans, corresponding with architects, preparing and submitting proposals. Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts. Drafting specifications.. Manage lead services, GSA contract and cooperative purchasing contracts.

Manage installation of mutli-million dollar sports surfaces and sports facility construction.

Managed set up of start up company to include drafting new corporate documents, business and license filings in all fifty states . Initial duties included management of office to include HR responsibilities, accounting and payroll functions. Position grew to include sales development, drafting of proposals, bidding, contract negotiations, product and website development, trade show management, product development and marketing.

Worked independently and under the supervision of house counsel with the management of legal matters for parent company and subsidiaries' (SRI Sports, American Athletic, Inc. and Sport Court, Inc.) to include drafting board resolutions, contracts, employment agreements, patent and trademark monitoring and correspondence, document management/discovery, acquisitions, maintain legal compliance and licensing in all 50 states, drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships with State agencies.
