My career in recruitment began with a role in the education sector. I was responsible in providing a tailored service to candidates and clients alike, ensuring that the requirements of both are met to a high standard. I was responsible for placing teachers and nursery nurses in both permanent and temporary positions throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire

Responsible for seeking and recruiting staff for a large prestigious call centre in the heart of Exeter. Responsible for arranging advertisements, interviews and assessment days. Developing successful relationships with both candidates and clients. Working to deadlines and targets daily. Managed a large number of temporary staff. Acted as office manager and ensured the smooth running of a busy office.
