While maintaining responsibility for HR Portugal, I lead the HR function across European markets, including EAR, the Balkans, Hungary and Romania, coordinating local HR Directors. I work closely with business leadership to support strategic priorities through consistent organisational structures and aligned leadership, while ensuring legal compliance and alignment with group standards.

SPRINGFIELD, WOMEN’SECRET, CORTEFIEL, PEDRO DEL HIERRO, HOSS AND FIFTY (1500 EMPLOYEES, 160 STORES) – TEAM OF 6 DIRECT EMPLOYEES DIVIDED BY 3 DEPARTMENTS Legal representative of the Group and responsible for Human Resources in Portugal, which adds: HR policies and instruments implementation, management of budget personnel expenditures; management and control of HR-KPI, career management, payroll processes, personnel administration, labor relations, negotiating with unions, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, career management, training, acceptance of Trainees (500 average year) and responsible for contracts and legal management.

(400 EMPLOYEES 38 STORES) - 6 TEAM DIRECT EMPLOYEES DIVIDED BY 4 DEPARTMENTS Report to the CEO/President, responsible for Human Resources at national and international level (Spain and Dubai), which comprised: budget management, performance appraisal, career management, administrative staff, wage processing and the departments of recruitment and selection, training, legal and auditing.
