1.Identifying new developments by researching industry and related events, publications, using available search tools and announcements; tracking individual clients and their projects by using CRM. Promoting the company by making contacts, Pre-qualifying the business unit. I 2. Screening for potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. 3. Developing negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials, asses the chances of winning the contract. 4. Closing new business deals. 5. Updating job knowledge by participating in day to day business operations; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 6. Analyzing and understanding project requirements, acquiring quotations from suppliers/subcontractors. Developing suppliers and subcontractors data base. Follow up on tender process until award of the project. 7. Interior design of projects, keeping close relationship with existing clients, seeking for repetitive business.

• Managing business development process for long and rich list of significant projects in UAE and Abroad with focus on the Fit out contacting, interior design and build, hospitality, retail, residential, commercial projects. My role was to promote the Company Brand to the Key buyers, ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate. • Presenting the company for consultants, contractors, developers in UAE, MENA and abroad. • Generating new business both in face to face meeting and over the phone. • Acquiring new projects and following up with design and manufacturing operations. • Finding and dealing with new and existing clients, determining their requirements. • Creating projects under strict deadlines and within the clients budged. • Proposing value engineered options. • Ensuring that Projects are financially viable. • Preparing mood presentations, sketches, drawings, 3D images. • Leading and improving the company strategy in carrying out “design and build” projects resulting in having the leverage that some projects were designed in house. • Participating in presenting and enhancing the Interior conceptual design, Schematic and Detailed drawings. • Collecting and maintaining the practice library. www.abanos.ae
