Headed up the People and Talent function across Head Office. I managed all Recruitment, Employer Brand Employee Relations, Training, Performance and all other people experience functions

Radio Times, Good Food, BBC History Magazine, HistoryExtra, and BBC Science Focus. Short contract covering the Head of Recruitment's Paternity Leave. I Evaluated the recruitment team structure, process and effectiveness, then presented a proposal to the HR Director for recommended improvements. This received excellent feedback and the team have gone on to deliver several of the proposals I put forward.

Led a team of 6 recruiting 300 new and 300 replacement roles annually. Departments the team covered - Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising, Design, Garment Tech, Pattern Room, Sourcing, Sustainability, Ethical Trade, Studio & Creative.

Led the Head Office Resourcing team and developed the Resourcing strategy for all Head Office recruitment, managing a team of 5-7. Implemented 3 new ATS Improved time to hire from 8 weeks in 2014, to 3.7 in 2015, 3.4 in 2016. Reduced agency spend from £350K in 2014 to £330K in 2015, £93K in 2016. Reduced cost per hire from £1,563 to £132 Implemented a new online vacancy authorisation process Launched new referral scheme Introduced CRM system

Managed the recruitment of all retail store roles from Supervisor to Regional Manager level for approx 240 stores across the UK.
