As the National Category Manager for Bullivants I am responsible for overseeing the management and development of a specific category of products or services across multiple locations or regions within a country. I work closely with suppliers, sales teams, product managers,and other stakeholders to ensure the category meets sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction. Some of the key responsibilities of role as National Category Manager include but not limited to: 1. Developing and implementing category strategies and plans to drive sales and profitability. 2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 3. Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure optimal product availability and quality. 4. Monitoring and analysing sales performance, market share, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Working closely with sales teams to provide product training, marketing support, and promotional activities. 6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and customers. 7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and market developments to stay competitive. Overall, my position as National Category Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of a specific categories of products and services at a national level for the company.
