Services included Site Based Facility Management Team (O&M), Truck based Service, and Project Retrofits. Relocated to Tucson, AZ in March of 2007, as Service Manager for Southern AZ.

Duties included; Project Management, sales, project coordination/supervision, quality control, job tracking, scheduling, customer relations, cost control, engineering/design of systems, system start-up, commissioning, programming, integration and experienced with open protocols; LON & BACnet, graphical development, project documentation; submittals, asbuilts, O&M’s, warranty, and customer training. Company was the representative for Alerton, Barber Coleman (Invensys), and Krueter Controls.

Albuquerque, NM - Field Engineer/Senior Systems Specialist-Landis and Gyr Rep. Duties included; Pneumatic and Electrical installation, System 600 installation, start-up, commissioning, creating databases, graphics development, programming (PPCL), Air and Water balance, submittals, asbuilts, O&M’s preparation, customer relations, and customer training. Company was the Authorized Distributor for Landis and Gyr (Siemens), and a NEBB Certified TAB firm.
