* Manages the General Utilities Group for both Chocolate Processing plant and Chewing Gum Plant to ensure the optimum efficient and cost-effective operations of all the utility equipments like: * Boiler Plant * Chiller and Refrigeration Units * Nitrogen Generating Plant * LPG Stations * Compressed Dry Air Systems * Air Conditioning Equipments * Review key performance measures results and formulates contingency measures to improve performances. * Recommends programs and cost-efficiency measures to improve cost of operations and gross margins. * Recommends annual budget and manages spending to meet expected expenses to meet the approved budget. * Recommends capital expenditures in support for the programs being implemented by the management.

* Supervises the whole ice cream factory to meet the daily production volume in * reference to the Sales Rolling Forecast and the current ice cream inventory. * Monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs) and formulates plans and strategies to meet the * desired performances. * Formulate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program for the different lines, roll out its * implementation and monitor its progress and development. * Prepare annual budget and capital expenditures and monitor operating costs. * Provide technical support for all product innovations and ensure its proper implementation in the * production line.

Supervises the operation of all ice cream product machinery and equipment in the area of productive, predictive and corrective maintenance including equipment monitoring and troubleshooting. Provide technical support for the entire plant in relation to equipment problems and concerns including technical innovations and development. Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and record all data gathered for equipment history and future reference. Plan, formulate and submit annual operating budget and capital expenditure requirements. Monitor and control operating cost versus budget. Perform inventory and monitoring of spare parts for all factory equipment. Ensure the proper implementation of all management programs and directions. Prepare calibration program for all process instruments and roll out its proper execution.

Supervises the operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment to support the twenty-four (24) hour plant operations. Implements environmental safety operations. Implements cost reduction program by the company. Monitor operating costs versus budget.

Directly supervises electrical and mechanical technicians. Plan and organize the preventive maintenance schedules of all facilities equipment and ensure its proper implementation. Formulate maintenance program of all facilities equipment including inventory and control of all spare parts. Monitor operating cost versus budget. Provide technical support to the entire plant in the area of facilities equipment maintenance.

Provide technical support to the whole factory in the area of equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Assure the efficient supply of energy requirements of the whole industrial plant. Program and initiate the installation and troubleshooting of electrical circuit, panelboards, busways, including the computation of the load requirements of the machines and its corresponding wire sizes and safety devices. Program and implement the operation and preventive maintenance of AC generator sets. Program and implement the preventive and corrective maintenance of all AC motor control centers of all industrial machines. Formulates preventive maintenance procedures and records all machine failure analysis for future reference.

Spearhead and drives the company's project team to meet project's committed deadlines through very cost-effectve manner in meeting customer's requirements and high level of satisfaction. Conducts automation and industrial controls seminars and lectures designed to help enhance knowledge of engineers in the industrial sector with the aim of boosting their capabilities and expertise at work in the area of automation and industrial equipment controls. Work closely with certain engineering educational institutions to help graduating engineers to be prepared technically and boost their chances of finding a job towards the industrial sector and giving them extra mileage and better preferences by holding lectures and seminars specifically design for neophyte engineers.

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipments * Review key performance measures results and formulates contingency measures to improve performances. * Recommends programs and cost-efficiency measures to improve cost of operations and gross margins. * Recommends annual budget and manages spending to meet expected expenses to meet the approved budget. * Recommends capital expenditures in support for the programs being implemented by the management. * Do other tasks as assigned by the Manufacturing Director.

Review key performance measures results and formulates contingency measures to improve performances. Recommends programs and cost-efficiency measures to improve cost of operations and gross margins. Recommends annual operating budget and manages spending up to tolerable limits based on the approved. Coordinates with the different SMC Corporate Services in the evaluation and contracting of third party logistics service providers for ice cream manufacturing operations.
