Leads and directs an effective staff recruitment and development program. Conducts strategic staffing initiatives by identifying applicant sources. Ensures all hiring practices comply with Company policies and governmental regulations. Effectively utilizes set budget for advertising, job fairs and referral bonuses. Works to set recruiting budgets for each fiscal year. Coordinates the day-to-day implementation of EEO compliance. Prepares offer letters to new hires. Active involvement in the physician recruitment function for the company.
