Provision of planning, organization and coordination of all Project events of different complexity to compliment and promote Project goals and objectives, including workshops, conferences, and training and other public events. Provision of a broad range of program support to all three Project’s technical components (policy, access to finance, market infrastructure) and Project communications and awareness activities, assistance in various administrative operations, such as procurement, finance, travel, logistics. Participation in development of annual work plans, reports and other strategic documents; liaison with government bodies, NGOs and business community.

* Support the planning, coordination, preparation and revision of the UN Country Team Annual Workplan, Common Country Assessment (CCA), the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF), MDG reports, and other joint programming processes * research and compile background material * organize and maintain (and re-organize, if required) systematic filing system on activities of the UN Country Team and the Office of the Resident Coordinator, including relevant communications originating from the Resident Coordinator’s office, General Assembly and ECOSOC resolutions and other material related to the Resident Coordinator System * support of UN Global Compact activities * design, develop and maintain various databases on the UN Directory, senior government officials, Diplomatic list, UN theme groups etc.
