What I Do • Gap Analysis and implementation of new global EHS Standards, published by Corporate & cluster -EHS. • Continually work for improving the EHS culture at manufacturing line and project site through communication/training. • Online work permit Implement, varyfying and compliance. • Coordinate with national EHS to srength process safety management. • Impliment and follow up for Corective action and Preventive action (CAPA) closure and finding that received by Outer Unit(OU) and Global Organizational Audit(GAO) • Implement of global-EHS check lists, pertaining to process & operational safety. • Conduct PSSR new equipment & Processes & facilities with other parties. • Carry out qualitative Risk assessment/infra gap analysis:Manufacturing process/chemicals as per the guidelines of corporate-EHS. • Identification of high risk & Hazardous reactions of the site & preparation of EHS risk assessment. • Conduct Weekly & Monthly Meeting with managers, contractors and team members. • Initiate Incident investigation if any dangerous occurrence or accident happened. • Review the process risk and review the HAZOP study for any changes in existing processes. • Working on safety of API powder handling of hazardous chemical/reactions. • Developing, implementing and conducting Training Need Analysis(TNA) Plan and training calendar of overall plant with cooperation all departments.
