Rupika Srivastava - MPH, CPH, BDS
Clinical Research Coordinator @ Epic Medical Research
About
I work at the intersection of clinical research, data quality, and public health. My background spans patient-facing coordination, protocol-driven study visits, specimen processing, and data-heavy epidemiologic work. What this really means is: I help studies run cleanly, compliantly, and on time. My experience includes participant screening and enrollment, informed consent discussions, vitals and EKGs, specimen collection/processing, regulatory binder management, and supporting all phases of monitoring visits (PSV, SIV, IMV, COV). I’m trained in GCP/ICH, HIPAA, AE/SAE reporting, and IRB processes, and I’m comfortable navigating high-volume research workflows that demand precision and quick problem-solving. Alongside clinical operations, I bring a strong analytical lens. I’ve worked with R, SAS, Tableau, REDCap, and Excel to clean, analyze, and visualize public health and clinical datasets to support program evaluation, surveillance studies, and executive-level decision-making. My MPH in Epidemiology and CPH certification strengthen the way I approach data, regulation, and patient outcomes. I care deeply about research that improves lives, especially for vulnerable and underserved communities. Whether I’m preparing a regulatory binder, resolving EDC queries, running a dashboard, walking a participant through a visit schedule, or reviewing source documents before a monitor arrives, my goal is the same: deliver reliable work that supports safe, ethical, and high-quality research. If your team values accuracy, strong analytical instincts with results, patient oriented care, and someone who brings compassion into fast-moving clinical environments, I’d love to connect.
