Being the Head- CSR and first joiner in the CSR team, spearheaded the CSR vertical as per the Companies Act (2013) and to establish the company as socially responsible business group. That included developing projects as per the donors’ expectation on diverse themes; Creating systems and processes to ensure financial & programmatic efficiency; internal audits; handling donor complaints etc. Informing donors about the progress of the on-going projects through regular reporting, presentations, meetings etc. and to organize field visits. Also, to create and facilitate Employee Engagement opportunities for the corporate donors. Achievements: • Successfully planned and organized National level workshop for the Implementing partners for Oracle grant on result-based project management, reporting & documentation. • Did Financial & Programmatic audit of Implementing NGOs. Based on submitted report, the grant of 2 NGOs got cancelled

Strategic planning by aligning social activities with business needs, also as per the compliance of CSR Act. Also worked for Program quality improvement in CSR activities through research, training and documentation under education, health and livelihood programs. A member of Sustainability Reporting team based on GRI G4 worked on first Sustainability report of DIAL. Apart from external stakeholders also did the reporting for internal stakeholder, like CEO communication, Group Chairman Review, Internal Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports, MIS management etc. Also involved in the Employee Engagement activities. Baliga Trust-Plan: Astrazeneca- Young Health Program

Worked as Program Manager in a Plan-India funded grant project AstraZeneca Young Health Program focused on Adolescent Health in Mangolpuri area of N.Delhi. Project was focused on the all round development of adolescents and youth within the age bracket of 10 to 24 years of age. It involves health education (SRH, Water & Sanitation and General Health Awareness, Life Skill Education). I initiated this project and gave strategic direction to the project with a team of professionals. Being manager dealt with overall program planning, implementation, monitoring, financial management of the project. Mobilized and trained 500 Peer Educators both boys and girls ranging from 14 to 20 years of age. Started three Health Information Centers (HICs) for young people in the project area. Liaison with different stakeholders like Education, Health, ICDS and MCD departments to ensure adolescent health was another important strategy.

I worked voluntarily with DJJS under their health program. Supported them in planning health projects at different locations in Pan India and implemented health project in Samalakha village at Gurgaon. This project included collecting baseline survey of the area, need assessment and organizing health camp. Conducted training for field volunteers. Also conducted Life Skill classes for young people.

Women & Child Development Prog. Incharge
Working as a Women & Child Development In charge primarily involved building women’s capacities, giving direction to their collective strength in decision making, implementation, monitoring and management of its development activities. Responsibility involved:- • To motivate and aware more than 1000 tribal women through Mahila Samuhs. • To handle, guide and strengthen the 51 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) of tribal women. • Plan and implement Income Generating Program (IGP) of selected SHGs. • To Monitor the full day Balwadi of Seva Mandir in the Kotra Block for preschool children. • Plan and organize different trainings for women viz., Women Group Leader’s Tr., SHG Leaders Tr., SHG accountants Tr. • Trainings for adolescent girls and boys on the issue of Reproductive Health. Also was the team leader in formulating the block level Programme Policy for next three consecutive years.

Dissertation Title: - A study on Women Beggars in Allahabad city. Work Area: - Bank of River Ganga and Sangam. Brief: - The objective was to know about the major age group of women beggars, reason for adopting begging, problems faced by women beggars and their future plans. Broadly, the study aimed to throw some light on their position and impact on society at large. Field Work Previous Year Work Area- A Destitute Home Duration- One Year Host Organization- Community Centers Department of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth Brief- Practiced the methods of Social Work viz., Group Work and Case Work. Also did resource mobilization from Vidhya Bhawan Rural Development Institute to give vocational trainings to the children. Final Year 1. Work Area- Umarda Village (Tribal Village) Duration- 7 months Brief- Worked especially in the area of Reproductive Health and had given marital and premarital counseling to the tribal women of the village.
