Runodolf Christi

Mr. Runodolf Christi is an accomplished Mechanical Engineering professional with extensive experience across the power, transformer manufacturing, heavy fabrication, and Oil & Gas sectors. He currently serves as Vice President of the group companies Unitrans Power LLP and Micro-Mech Engineers, where he is responsible for strategic planning, international business development, manufacturing operations, and overall organizational growth. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening production capabilities, expanding global market presence, and driving operational excellence across the group. With a strong technical foundation in mechanical design, fabrication engineering, and project management, Mr. Christi has built a reputation for delivering complex engineering solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Earlier in his career, he served as Vertical Head – Fabrication at Micro-Mech Engineers, where he led the manufacturing of transformer tanks, corrugated fins, and custom enclosures, successfully managing large-scale production and compliance with stringent industrial standards. He also worked as a Project Manager at Acme Air Equipments Company Pvt. Ltd., executing projects for leading global and Indian organizations including Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, Fluor Corporation, BHAVINI, Tata Group, and Larsen & Toubro. These assignments provided him with significant exposure to international engineering standards, EPC execution practices, and multidisciplinary project coordination. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Christi actively contributes to the advancement of the industry. He serves as a Management Committee Member of the Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA), where he participates in strategic initiatives related to research, testing, and development in the electrical and power engineering domain. He has also represented Indian industry internationally as part of a delegation organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry during the Sohar Investment Forum in Oman, engaging with diplomats, government officials, and global business leaders to foster industrial collaboration and explore emerging opportunities. Through his diverse experience, strong technical expertise, and strategic leadership, Mr. Christi continues to play a pivotal role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth within the transformer, power, and heavy engineering sectors.
