Prior to working at SINTEF I headed the groups responsible for Industry and Transport at Enova SF. The groups developed financial support schemes for reducing climate emissions and energy use in the industry- and transport sectors. My educational bacground is as an MSC in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in thermodynamics. After graduation I gained experience from several Norwegian industrial companies in the 1990s and early 2000s. In 2005 I obtained an MBA in technology innovation and change management from IAE in Aix-en-Provence. After my MBA studies I have mainly focused on renewable energy and industry. As a partner at Pareto Securities at the height of the financial crisis in 2008 - 2011, I advised companies and owners during M&As, IPOs and other issues related to capital structure and strategy.
