Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies for Public Health Programmes in High Burdened and Developing Countries (Africa, LATAM and APAC)

• Steer the vaccines programme from grant application, strategy, donor & partners engagement, and work plan development to operational oversight (management of field teams, budgeting, and logistics). • Conducted comprehensive evaluation of the Sierra Leone Immunization Supply Chain. Translated outcomes into clear recommendations for the Expanded Program for Immunization (EPI) to improve use of data for decision-making, ordering and last-mile delivery of vaccines. • Lead the Data and Supply Chain Strengthening GAVI funded project to improve the National Vaccines Procurement and Supply Chain Systems as well as enhance the overall immunization coverage rates and reduction of zero doses among under 5 children. • Support in the introduction and development of the National Vaccine Deployment Plans for the Covid-19, HPV, Ebola and Polio vaccines • Manage all aspects of project scoping and government engagement and currently implementing a 3-year BMGF-funded program to increase utilization of population and geospatial data to strengthen service delivery at primary health care in Sierra Leone • Collaborated with key government leaders and implementing partners (GRID3, AFENET, CDC, WHO, and UNICEF) to develop national strategy and roadmap for implementation of the geospatial project use cases. Led development of the TWG and coordination of key participants and costing process of the geospatial roadmap to guide resource planning and allocation.

Setting up and Implementation of vaccine supply chain strengthening systems as well as spearheading the introduction and roll-out of new vaccines Ebova, COVID-19 & HPV as well as vaccine mass campaigns in managing vaccine preventable outbreaks (nOPV2). I lead the implementation of multiple vaccine projects with a diverse team of public health experts. In this role, I have been an agent of change in the development of technical best practices on supportive systems for the Government of Sierra Leone Ministry of Health and Sanitation. I have successfully, established a community of practice for MoH leaders, implementers, and partners in Sierra Leone to promote knowledge sharing and south-to-south learning for the Gavi Funded Supply Chain Strengthening Programme. I fundraise for my programme and spearhead donor engagement and implementation of new projects.

Served as a trusted laboratory technical lead to the Eswatini MoH and CHAI on access to diagnostic services (e.g., commodity quality and pricing, market intelligence, device optimization and pricing, procurement, forecasting, new test introduction, tender evaluation exercises, implementation planning and scale-up of projects) • Led the point-of-care HIV diagnostics for the GeneXpert multiplexing feasibility study project for the optimal availability of EID, HIV VL and TB results. study protocol development, • Operational oversight of project budgeting, line management of junior staff and monitoring of project deliverables as agreed by the donor • Collaborated with Eswatini National Laboratory in contract negotiation and costing efforts for new products and equipment introduction. • Led the national forecasting and quantification process feeding into an open and fair national tender evaluation process for local and external suppliers and final procurement of national laboratory commodities • Collaborated with key MoH leaders and local partners (ICAP, CDC, URC, GF & Chemonics) to develop national strategy and roadmap for implementation of laboratory systems strengthening activities. • Spearheaded the quarterly Eswatini national laboratory budgeting process and the advocacy for additional and supplementary budgets which resulted in additional 50% budget increments on the overall annual laboratory budget. Also participated in the annual national budget formulation process with the Eswatini Ministry of Finance to guide resource planning and allocation of the national budget. • Conducted compréhensive audits of the national laboratories using the SLIPTA checklist in preparation for accreditation contributing to the accreditation of 2/17 main laboratories in Eswatini.

In this role I am involved in • Ensuring that new conventional laboratory and point of care (POC) technologies perform accurately through continuous monitoring and evaluation of platform/device performance and reagent consumption in line with contractual agreements • Advocate for resources for the Swaziland Health Laboratory Services (SHLS) to reduce barriers to access of laboratory diagnostics • Develop tools for monitoring and evaluation of laboratory test statistics to inform forecasting and quantification of laboratory commodities • Participate in the SHLS supply planning, forecasting and quantification of laboratory commodities. • Support SHLS in the development of SOPs and supportive documents as well as the creation of training material. • Assist the National Sample Transport System to identify opportunities to optimize service delivery routes and advocate for more vehicles and fuel allocation to be able to provide access to diagnostics to rural clinic mini-labs through use of Vehicle tracking data and Sample Referral statistics • Collaborate directly with the Ministry of Health and implementing partners in scaling up of diagnostic tests and adoption of new test options in Swaziland • Representing the Swaziland HIV Drug Access Team in meetings and workshops
