I am a PCB Design Engineer with over 13 years of professional experience, having successfully delivered 500+ PCB designs across diverse industries including Medical Devices, IoT, Home Automation, High-Voltage & High-Current systems, and RF products, serving both domestic and international clients. I specialize in multilayer PCB design up to 12 layers, handling complex requirements such as high-speed interfaces (LVDS, MIPI, USB 3.0, Ethernet, DDR3), impedance control, length matching, crosstalk mitigation, and EMI/EMC compliance. I have strong hands-on experience with BGA, micro-BGA, HDI designs, including blind and buried vias. My expertise spans the entire PCB development lifecycle, from schematic capture and PCB library creation to component placement, high-speed routing, design reviews, and Gerber/manufacturing data release. I work extensively with Altium Designer and collaborate closely with customers, fabrication houses, and assembly partners to ensure designs are manufacturable, reliable, and cost-effective.
