• Member of kitchen set up and support team for assigned restaurants within the company’s brands: Train, supervise, evaluate, and support staff in the kitchen during busy periods, ensuring smooth operation. • Execute daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking,and plating, following the recipes and standards. • Resolve kitchen issues and handle food complaints. • Research, develop new menus, and perform cost analysis for assigned restaurants within the company’s brands

• Research and develop the school recipes and cooking course outlines (10+ Western and Asian food and dessert recipes per month for weekly cooking classes) • Operate staff training programs, workshops and evaluations (cooking and teaching)
